Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you contact us, create a TheClub account, purchase a Day Pass or membership, reserve bay time, enter a league or event, submit an event inquiry, complete a participant waiver, or buy a product. Depending on the service, this can include your name, email, phone number, billing or delivery address, account details, reservation information, guest names, event details, scores, waiver acknowledgement, and electronic signature record.
Payments
Payments are processed by WooCommerce and the payment providers offered at checkout. MBG receives transaction status and limited payment details needed to identify and support the order, such as the payment method and the last four digits of a card. MBG does not receive or store a complete card number through the normal online checkout.
How we use information
We use information to provide and manage accounts, memberships, reservations, purchases, receipts, guest charges, leagues, tournaments, leaderboards, event inquiries, rentals, waivers, customer support, refunds, security, fraud prevention, and legally required business records. We may also use it to improve website and facility operations.
Service and account messages
We send transactional messages needed to deliver a service, including account verification, password resets, order receipts, reservation details, payment requests, event updates, membership and renewal notices, household invitations, and important policy or security messages. These are different from optional marketing messages.
Optional marketing
When you choose to receive news or offers, we may send information about MBG programs and events. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in the message or update available communication preferences in your account. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary service messages.
Cookies and technical information
The site uses cookies and similar local storage needed for sign-in, carts, checkout, security, preferences, and site operation. Web servers and security tools may also record IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security events. Optional analytics or advertising tools will be described through any applicable consent controls when enabled.
When information is shared
We share information only as needed with providers that support hosting, email delivery, payments, ecommerce, subscriptions, reservations, security, and other business operations; with professional advisers or authorities when required by law; or as part of a business transaction. Public competition pages may display the participant name, team, score, result, or standing associated with an entered event. MBG does not sell personal information.
Waivers and electronic signatures
Signed waivers are stored with the exact version accepted, the participant or guardian name, signature acknowledgement, date and time, and the related account, visit, reservation, or event. These records may be retained as long as reasonably necessary for safety, insurance, dispute, and legal purposes.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain financial and operational records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, insurance, tax, and accounting obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may review or update available profile information in your TheClub account. The Account & Privacy area explains how to request account closure. Some transaction, waiver, security, and legal records may be retained even after an account is closed. You may also contact MBG to ask about your information or correct inaccurate details.
Children and minors
The website is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian must provide required consent and sign any participant acknowledgement for a minor when applicable. Do not submit a minor’s information unless you are authorized to do so.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when services or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will remain posted here. Material changes may also be communicated through the site, an account notice, or email when appropriate.
