Refund Policy
How cancellations, refund reviews, membership changes, and approved credits are handled by Mulligan Bay Golf.

Four-hour cancellation cutoff
Cancelling a reservation immediately releases the selected bay time. A cancellation submitted at least four hours before the scheduled start may be reviewed for a reschedule, MBG account credit, or refund. Eligibility for review is not a promise or guarantee that any particular remedy will be approved.
Late cancellations
A reservation cancelled less than four hours before its scheduled start is not eligible for a refund or MBG credit. Please cancel anyway when you cannot attend so the bay can be released for another player.
Refund review
Eligible paid amounts are reviewed by MBG staff after cancellation. The reservation type, payment status, timing, circumstances, and any costs already committed may be considered. Nothing is issued automatically; staff records the final decision with the reservation or order.
How approved refunds are returned
An approved refund may be returned to the original payment method or issued as MBG account credit, as applicable. Bank and card-processing timelines are controlled by the payment provider and may continue after MBG completes its part.
No-shows and reservation abuse
A no-show or completed visit is not eligible for a refund or MBG credit. Repeated no-shows, intentionally holding time that is not used, or other reservation abuse may result in booking restrictions, account suspension, or membership termination after manager review. Staff will record the reason and action; termination is not automatic.
Membership cancellations
For an active, paid-up membership, Cancel renewal stops future renewals and access continues through the displayed paid-through date. A membership on hold does not retain paid benefits while a renewal remains unpaid. Cancellation does not pay or refund an already-created renewal order and does not create a prorated or automatic refund. To stop or resolve an outstanding payment retry, contact MBG promptly. MBG cancellations or service interruptions
If MBG cannot provide a confirmed reservation because of a facility, simulator, staffing, or operational problem, staff will arrange an appropriate reschedule, MBG credit, or refund.
Private events and deposits
Private parties, multisport, group, corporate, school, both-bay, and whole-building events may have separate cancellation deadlines, deposits, nonrefundable committed costs, and refund terms in the event proposal or agreement. Staff will show those terms before a payment is requested. The event-specific terms control when they differ from this general policy.
